Aggie’s journey began in 2016 when she was discovered on the streets. A volunteer brought her to a vet clinic for a checkup, but unfortunately, she never returned. The volunteer left the poor baby to reside at the clinic for six years. Initially, it wasn’t too bad for Aggie as she had the company of other dogs and frequently enjoyed playtime on the rooftop. However, when the vet clinic relocated, Aggie found herself confined to a cage at the rear of the hospital for most of her days. Moved by her story, one of our colleagues extended a helping hand and found Aggie a foster home. Now, she eagerly awaits her forever home.

Aggie has a loving nature, adoring touch, and affection from her trusted humans. She is very easy-going, obedient, and friendly. Aggie has never displayed aggression and maintains her gentle nature.

With other dogs, Aggie is mostly indifferent and can coexist peacefully with friendly ones. However, she may feel intimidated by dominant or hyperactive dogs. Interestingly, Aggie is more comfortable around cats due to her past experience living with them.

Aggie is house-trained. Her energy level is medium-low, enjoying leisurely walks and a calm environment. She is an ideal companion for those seeking a peaceful presence.

During her time in a cage, Aggie wore down some of her teeth from chewing on the bars. However, after completing her dental work, including scaling, there are currently no issues with her oral health.

Aggie has been diagnosed with grade 2 patellar luxation. However, it’s reassuring to know that she doesn’t display any signs of pain associated with this condition. The veterinarian said that surgery is not a requirement, and instead, her well-being can be supported through a combination of regular exercise and the use of appropriate supplements.

Aggie’s ideal adopter is a family where someone is likely to be home most of the time. She is most happy when she is with her humans. Aggie eagerly awaits her forever family, ready to bring love and companionship to their lives. If you can provide the patient and caring home she deserves, Aggie will be a loyal and devoted companion for life.
