Please consider each item carefully before submitting your application. Note that “FKD” refers to Free Korean Dogs and/or Free Korean Dogs US. I agree to surrender my dog if it is found that I have made false claims during the adoption process. I acknowledge that FKD cannot guarantee the dog’s temperament or future behaviour.Any actions or behaviour displayed by my adopted dog are my sole responsibility. If I’m chosen as the adopter, I agree to pay the adoption fee listed on the dog’s profile. If the dog isn’t delivered within two months, I can cancel the adoption and receive a full refund. FKD reserves the right to cancel the adoption before delivery and refund the fee. Once the dog is delivered, the adoption fee is neither refundable nor transferable. I’m the sole adopter and won’t sell or give away the dog. If I can’t keep the dog for any reason, I will return the dog exclusively to FKD. Surrendering the dog to FKD requires a formal request and a $280 fee. I’ve reviewed and will follow the safety equipment protocol for at least the first year. I will register the dog’s microchip and obtain a pet license from my city or region. If the dog gets lost, I’ll notify FKD and local animal control within 3 hours. I commit to providing humane care, including proper food, water, and medical attention. I won’t intentionally harm or abuse the dog and will only use positive training methods. I’m responsible for all medical costs post-adoption and will provide yearly vet checkups. I am adopting the dog as a companion, not a guard dog. I will not crate or confine the dog indoors and will always supervise the dog outdoors. Euthanizing is only for terminal conditions after consulting FKD and a licensed vet. The dog won’t be left alone with kids under 13 or unfamiliar animals for at least the first year. I’ll send monthly updates about the dog for the first year, including photos and videos. I’ll update FKD if my contact details change. Breaching this agreement authorizes FKD to reclaim the dog. I have read and agree to the Adoption Terms and Conditions Previous Submit Application
