Get monthly updates about dogs like Inkyung and follow their journey from suffering to a forever-loving home.
Background: Inkyung was found on the streets in Jan. 2022. She was sent to a highkill shelter, but was luckily rescued before being euthanized. She was about 4 months old at that time. The lucky puppy was taken to a foster home and lived there until mid-November, 2022. During that time, Inkyung learned basic commands and manners. While it has been some time since her return to the shelter, Inkyung’s resilience and adaptability have shone through, allowing her to navigate the challenging transition with commendable ease.
Personality and Socialization: Inkyung has a medium energy level and loves being around her humans. She is affectionate and enjoys snuggling, although she can be shy around strangers at first. Once she warms up, she becomes very loving. When it comes to other dogs, she prefers those with a similar medium energy level. Hyper or bossy dogs aren’t a great match for her. Inkyung does most of her potty business outside and loves playing with toys and doing zoomies.
Behaviors: Inkyung is incredibly smart and learns new things quickly. She enjoys going for walks and spending time with people, and she absolutely loves sunbathing and watching her surroundings. Though she gets a bit nervous during car rides and baths, she manages to handle them well.
Health and Diet: Inkyung is spayed, microchipped, and up-to-date on her vaccinations. She receives monthly parasite prevention and hasn’t shown any signs of allergies. She eats dry kibble twice a day.
The Ideal Home: The perfect home for Inkyung would be with someone experienced in caring for dogs, preferably with knowledge of similar breeds. An ideal adopter would live in a detached house in a quiet neighborhood, offering Inkyung a serene and secure environment. It would be beneficial if her adopter worked from home or was retired, ensuring plenty of time and attention for her well-being.
Inkyung has waited long enough for her chance at a forever family. We believe her perfect match is out there, ready to give her the warmth and love she truly deserves.
Inkyung is available for adoption. The fee to adopt Inkyung is $780.
Note: US adopters are responsible for customs clearance fee, which is approximately $140 USD.
