Background: Sunmi was one of three dogs rescued just before being put down at a city pound in Yangsan, Korea, earlier this year. After spending two months in a different shelter, she joined our partner’s facility in June. Sunmi gets along well with other dogs, especially enjoying the company of the two puppies she was saved with.
Personality and Socialization: Sunmi is a friendly and sociable dog with a moderate energy level. She enjoys the presence of other dogs but prefers a more tranquil environment with fewer canines around. Her happiest moments are those spent with her human companions. With a cheerful and engaging personality, Sunmi loves to follow her humans and be part of their daily lives.
Behaviors: Sunmi behaves well in the car and is comfortable with baths. She enjoys walks and is excellent on a leash. Rarely barking, she remains calm and quiet, showing no destructive tendencies. Overall, she is a laid-back and joyful dog, eager to bring happiness to her forever home.
Health and Diet: Sunmi has undergone all medical checks and is in outstanding health, ready for her new family. She is vaccinated, microchipped, spayed, and receives regular parasite treatments.
Sunmi enjoys Acana dry kibble, made in Canada, and is fed twice daily. Currently, there are no known allergies, ensuring she maintains a healthy and balanced diet.
Ideal Home: Sunmi would thrive in a family that can spend plenty of time with her, such as someone who works from home or is retired. She would adapt well in a home with another small, friendly dog. Sunmi is also an excellent option for first-time dog owners, as her charming and easy-going personality is sure to bring joy and warmth to her new family.
