Tony 2

Background: Tony was rescued from a city pound in Chuncheon, Korea, as part of the “Save 100 Dogs” project this summer. Since then, he has been living at our partner shelter with other dogs, patiently waiting for his forever home.

Personality and Socialization: Tony is a friendly and outgoing dog with a balanced energy level. While he may be slightly reserved in unfamiliar settings or around new people, he quickly becomes comfortable. He enjoys being around people, and gets along well with other dogs, especially those similar in size. Playful and social, Tony would thrive with a canine companion. His affectionate and adaptable nature makes him a great fit for any loving family.

Behaviors: Tony is an intelligent and eager-to-learn young dog. He picks up new skills quickly and enjoys typical puppy play, including chasing toys and playing with other dogs. While he may get a bit nervous during baths, car rides, and vet visits, he allows his trusted humans to handle him gently. His leash-walking experience is limited, but he follows well when accompanied by familiar people and dogs. Tony has no known experience with cats or young children.

Health and Diet: Tony is neutered, microchipped, and fully vaccinated. He receives monthly preventatives for internal and external parasites. His vet check came back clear, and he’s healthy and ready for adoption. He eats dry kibble twice daily and has no known allergies.

Ideal Home: Tony would thrive in a home with another friendly dog for companionship. As a young dog still learning, he needs a patient family willing to guide him with gentle training and positive reinforcement. His ideal home would provide outdoor adventures, lots of human interaction, and a consistent routine. A household where someone is home often—whether retired or working from home—would be ideal. With his sweet and adaptable nature, Tony is ready to become a cherished member of a loving family.
