Tulip

Background: Tulip was one of four puppies born to a stray dog and rescued from a city pound in Chuncheon City this fall as part of the Save 100 Dogs project. Since her rescue, she has been living at our partner shelter, where she’s receiving loving care and preparing for her forever home.

Personality and Socialization: Tulip is a puppy with a gentle, easygoing nature. Despite her youth, she is relatively calm and enjoys playing with other dogs her age. She is affectionate with people and loves cuddles. She greets strangers warmly and has a friendly demeanor. Like most puppies, she enjoys chewing on toys and playing in a safe environment. She likes to play with other dogs who are gentle and friendly.

Behavior: Tulip handles new experiences well, including vet visits, car rides, and baths. She is confident in familiar surroundings and enjoys exploring. While she hasn’t been introduced to cats or young children yet, her gentle temperament suggests she could adapt well with proper introductions. Currently, she uses pee pads indoors but is also comfortable going potty outdoors. Tulip walks nicely on a leash and enjoys outings.

Health and Diet: Tulip is in good health, spayed, microchipped, and up-to-date on all vaccinations. She receives regular internal and external parasite prevention. Her diet consists of dry kibble twice daily, and she has no known allergies or medical issues.

Ideal Home: Tulip would thrive in a home with a family ready to provide love, patience, and care. She would be happy as the only dog or with another friendly, similarly-sized canine companion. A family with time to support her training and socialization will be rewarded with an affectionate, loyal, and gentle furry friend. Tulip is eager to find a forever family that will cherish her and help her grow into a well-rounded adult dog.
